Return and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return). Start your return process at info@nicholelipremiumhair.net. We will not accept return products no later than 14 days of the shipping date. We will process your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
